Is There Hope for Me?
My name is Fifi. I'm from Hamilton, California. My family and life are important to me.
About 5 and a half years ago I got a virus that made me sick. I wasn't able to go to school for 10 months then, I was always in the hospital. So, I lost all my friends. After sometime, I recovered from that sickness. I started going to school. But still, my friends wouldn't approach me. I would just sit in the library reading books or surf the internet looking for a friend. But I still have no friends. What more, even my sisters are embarrassed to sit beside me because I don't have friends.
I am very sad and ashamed of my self. I cry every night for at least 3 hours. I even tried committing suicide for 5 times. Is there hope for me?

Of course there is still hope for you! Sometimes, it’s natural to feel despondent when we are in a bad state. We get sick and there’s no one to sympathize with us because our friends have left us. We cannot really control everything that happens and everyone around us but we can choose the right response. It’s not the end of the world yet! And there is a sure hope because there is a Friend who always loves you, sick or healthy, come what may. He loves you so much that He was willing to give His life for you.
